The Thistelgorm

The most famous wreck in Egypt and one of the most visited in the world. This British armed freighter looks more like a museum than a shipwreck. She sank in 1941 after being bombed by German aircraft with her holds loaded with war material. Everything is intact: locomotives, motorcycles, trucks, machine guns, ammunition... It sits upright on a 30M seabed.

Ras Mohamed National Park

It's a protected and regulated area, home to some of the Red Sea's richest sites. It lies between the Gulf of Aqaba and the Gulf of Suez at the southern tip of Sinai. The numerous currents feed the rich underwater life at Shark Reef and Yolanda Reef.

The wreck route

The Strait of Gubal lies at the mouth of the Suez Canal and is home to some of the Red Sea's most beautiful wrecks. You'll dive on the Thistelgorm, the most famous, the Rosalie Moller, the Giannis D, the Dunraven and the Carnatic.
